Umm, the support team did take a while to get back to me, but they eventually helped me sort things out. Overall, it was okay, just not the fastest

My order showed up on time, so that was good. Uh, the box was a little crushed when it arrived, which made me nervous, but luckily the item inside was fine. I do think they could use better packaging, especially for anything fragile.

I ordered a lamp and everything matched the description perfectly :) The size, colour, and details were all exactly right. No weird surprises at all!

The delivery came exactly when it was supposed to, and everything went smoothly. it felt like a small win not having to chase anything down or rearrange my day.

Picked up a torch from Liteshop and the battery life has been way better than I thought it’d be. I used it over a few nights camping and still didn’t need to charge it. Sorta surprised me, but yeah, happy with it.
