"Support was okay, just a bit slow"
Umm, the support team did take a while to get back to me, but they eventually helped me sort things out. Overall, it was okay, just not the fastest

"Packaging was just okay"
My order showed up on time, so that was good. Uh, the box was a little crushed when it arrived, which made me nervous, but luckily the item inside was fine. I do think they could use better packaging, especially for anything fragile.

"Decent Little Light, But Not Exactly a Showstopper"
I was hoping this light would sweep in and transform the whole vibe, but in reality, it’s just... fine. It works the way it’s supposed to, so no drama there, but the finish does feel a little cheap once you’re up close. That said, for the price, I can’t be too mad. It’s not amazing, but it gets the job done

"Battery sorta lasts forever"
Picked up a torch from Liteshop and the battery life has been way better than I thought it’d be. I used it over a few nights camping and still didn’t need to charge it. Sorta surprised me, but yeah, happy with it.

"Pretty good order updates"
I ordered from liteshop.com.au and the communication was decent, maybe even better than I expected. The confirmation email came through quick, which always makes me feel like the order is actually real.

They also let me know when it was packed and shipped, so I wasn’t just sitting there guessing. The only thing was the tracking took a little while to show anything useful, which was a bit annoying, though I guess that could be the courier and also kind of still their tracking, if that makes sense.

Everything turned up fine in the end, so I’m happy overall. I’d probably give 5 stars if the tracking updated faster, even though the rest of the updates were good, so yeah, solid experience.

"Pretty quick shipping overall"
I ordered a small torch from liteshop.com.au and, the shipping was quick overall. I don’t remember if the tracking email came through later the same day or first thing the next morning, but either way it was sent out fast enough that I wasn’t sitting around wondering if the order had even been processed.

The torch turned up after just a few days, which was a nice surprise because deliveries to my area can sometimes take a bit longer than expected. It was packed properly, nothing fancy but definitely secure enough, and everything arrived in good condition with no dents, damage, or any issues with the packaging.

I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 mainly because the tracking didn’t really update much once it was on the way, so there was a stretch where I wasn’t totally sure where the parcel actually was. That said, the delivery speed itself was good, and it still arrived faster than I thought it would, so I’d be happy enough ordering from them again.

Some of the deals are actually decent, so I can’t complain too much. But a few items still feel overpriced, which is kind of annoying. Like, come on, don’t be ridiculous...

"Super bright, happy overall"
Picked up a few lights from liteshop.com.au for the garage and wow, they’re so much brighter than the old ones 😄 No more gloomy corners, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

I’m giving it 4 stars because one of the lights feels a little harsh if you look near it, but for brightness and getting the job done, I’m happy overall.

"Refund took way longer than it should have"
I did get my refund in the end, but the whole return process was way too slow. It felt like they just dragged their feet and left me waiting for no good reason. Frustrating when you’re the one stuck chasing your own money.

"Warranty got handled, even if it took a bit"
One of my lights started acting up after a few months, so I reached out to support. I’m always a little skeptical when companies start using that polished “we value your experience” type of language, but to be fair, they did actually help. It took a few messages back and forth and wasn’t the fastest process, but they approved the warranty claim and sent me a replacement. Overall I’m happy with how it ended up.

"They actually had the lights in stock"
I’d been trying to find a few lights after checking a bunch of places that either showed stock incorrectly or came back with long delays, I was starting to lose trust in what stores were listing online. Liteshop said they had them available, and to my surprise, they actually did. Ordering was straightforward and there wasn’t any annoying back and forth about delays or substitutions. Happy with how it went, and I’d use them again.
